The Singulair system is the state-of-the-art alternative to a troublesome septic tank for domestic wastewater treatment. Employing the extended aeration process, the Singulair plant provides flow equalization, pretreatment, aeration, clarification, tertiary filtration and optional chemical addition within a single pre cast concrete tank. The only mechanical component is the fractional horsepower aerator, which runs at 1725 RPM and is certified with a 30 minute per hour run time. The patented Bio-Kinetic device is an integral component and assures that all flow through the Singulair system is equalized and completely treated.

Designed for domestic wastewater flows ranging from 500 to 1,500 gallons per day, performance of the Singulair system is certified by NSF International and the Canadian Standards Association. Sold only through local, licensed, factory-trained distributors, the Singulair system is backed by Norweco's fifty year warranty and exchange program. A Singulair system is the ideal choice when any of the following is a concern:

• Poor ground conditions- The Singulair system is an economical solution in less than ideal ground conditions such as high bedrock, groundwater or soils with poor percolation rates. The Singulair system can be less than half the cost of expensive sand filter, evapo-transpiration or other alternative systems.
• Small or irregular sites- Eliminating the need for a full-size conventional leach field allows systems to be used where a standard septic system is not possible.
• Environmental impact- Through the high level of treatment, over 96% of the waste is removed by the treatment process in the tank, resulting in a clear liquid effluent being discharged that is comparable (or better) than the effluent discharged from a conventional municipal wastewater treatment plant into our rivers.
• Water conservation- The high quality effluent from the system can be reused for irrigation though a sub-surface drip irrigation or similar system.
• Reliability- The advanced Control Center has monitoring and telemetry functions to provide fax, phone or email notification of any malfunctions in the system. Telemetry also allows health department officials and the service provider to monitor the performance of the system.
• Economics- More economical than an expensive alternative without giving up quality, reliability and the high level of treatment.

Each Singulair Bio-Kinetic wastewater treatment system is sold complete including:

• Delivery and installation of the tank
• Installation and start-up of the mechanical aerator, control center and Bio-Kinetic system
• Two year limited warranty
• Four pre-scheduled service inspections at 6 month intervals
• 50 year aerator exchange program

We can also assist in or provide quotations to provide the following:

• Engineered design of the system
• Assistance with the permitting
• Excavation, backfill and piping to and from the system
• Optional chlorination and de-chlorination of the effluent prior to leaving the tank
